They have daddy US and mother Russia for help and even reached technologies for free in just seconds.
While we must reinvent wheel again in these cases and that is huge time and money consuming.

Nobody notices what a major factor this is. This saves Israel billions of dollars in research and years in time. For any project they get US technology and start at the top rung of the ladder, while every other country starts at the bottom.

Its easy to 'acheive' when others do the ground work.

Now to answer your stupid query. We already conducted an initial successful mission Chandrayaan-1 and released a problem called Moon Impact Probe back in October 2008. FYI, both were successful.

Chandrayaan-2 the moon soft landing mission is on track and is scheduled to happen sometime later this year. And we are waiting with our fingers crossed to know the outcome.

It counts if you're using your own rockets with an orbiter and an impactor. India will soon attempt the soft-landing as well, which will likely go well considering the fact that ISRO generally succeeds in first attempt.

There is such thing as intentional crash landing,but Even if you give up control of the lunar spacecraft, in a few months to a few hundred years, due to the lunar gravity, the out-of-control spacecraft will eventually crash into the moon.
Sending a dead man to space does not make you manned space flight country.

India, Israel, China, US have ONLY provided CGIs are evidence of going into space and the Moon, and other planets such as Mars. More recently, when China went to the so called 'Dark Side' of the Moon, my first question was, why everything released by China was CGI, where is the REAL footage? Same applies to these Israelis.
