This system even failed last year when the missile was about to intercept a jet instead of BM and was self destructed to avoid accident.

Really.... So they allowed a Jet to pass by on the testing Range at the exact time of the test !!!!

This is off topic. Meanwhile i have no trust in you to explain the meaning of Labbayk. In an other thread we can discuss for example what Labbayka Ya Rasul allah meant.

As for Trust... I don't remember to seek it... it was just a simple/basic Observation of a current trend...
In Conclusion... there is only one Labayka... That is "Labayka ya Allah..." Period...

they said the same that they canceled but it failed in 2014 as well and ever since a fail system third time failing in 1 month. So this is a failed test. No MSM concessions on PDF.

I am pretty sure there is a difference between cancelling a test, and failing in one.
You claim that it failed 3 times in a month now, but give a source of a single failed interception in 2014.
The Arrow 3 already intercepted ballistic missiles, so I don't know what you're trying to prove.
