I thought by now Palestinians were the minority in Hebron. Because in the videos that I've watched,they seem as if they rule the place,they have so many soldiers and armed settlers protecting the tours and every movement in the city,they seem like an occupation force. They shut off the streets,form blockades,escort the settlers and the Jewish tourists and let them harass and mock the local Palestinians.

No. The video I saw was a few years ago and I think it was something like 1000 Settlers living in a city of 80,000 Palestinians. Insane!! The Settlers were heavily armed and also IDF soldiers protecting them.
