Hamas is deliberately targeting civilians. Israel on the other hand spends effort to avoid civilian casualties when Hamas use them as human shields.
That's why some 80% of the deaths in your latest unslaught on Gaza were civilians.
Funny thing is that so far I haven't seen any credible evidence of Hamas using human shields, while the Israili use of human shields is widely documented.
Yes Jews were here 2000 years before the Arabs
.
This is the funniest thing ever! I suggest you enlighten yourself with some history and genetics reading.
Modern day jews are not direct descendants of the semitic hebrews, but a mix of different ethnicities. White, african, semitic and asian just to mention a couple. Therefore the claim of a single jewish ethno-group that goes back thousands of years is factually false. For instance Y-chromosome findings show that Palestinians and Syrians have more or less the same genepool as semitic jews. Meaning that jews are not some kind of special people who have more right to historic Palestine than others, and Palestinians like most of the mediterranean people are not ethnically arabs, and hence didn't arrive with the muslim invasion, rather they were living there already.
Second, jews never dominated the area, for instance hebrew never became the lingua franca. Instead it was Aramaic that was spoken by most people, as it has always been. This continued until it was replaced by arabic.
So let me sum up.
Jews were not the first people to settle the land of Palestine, the Canaanites where the first to establish a nation several thousands of years before the hebrews arrived, and philistines along with other people were already living there.
Jews are not an exclusive ethnic group with ancient roots in this land, an african, european, asian jew or convert, for instance, can never claim a piece of land they have never sat foot on.
Jews have no more right to claim the land than other people who have lived there for even longer periods (for instance the
contested jewish kingdoms only lasted some 300 years, while muslims have held the area for 1400 years).
Jews never became the long-term dominant ethnic or religious group there, instead they were one among many different people who settled the area, and there number declined due to migration and conversion to Christianity and later Islam.
Palestinians are not arab migrants, instead they are locals who have been there for thousands of years, for instance genetic studies show that over half the Palestinian males in historic Palestine have a genetic link to the ancient hebrews and canaanites, while others can trace their ancestry to the invading forces, crusaders, arabs etc.
So get over it, you are not special nor have a special claim to Palestine
