In my opinion this wasn't the S- 300 (that was targeted) as Russia greatly values it's fear factor that this system has. So actually selling it to a country that might actually have to use it might be too much for Russia, as it might show the world that the system is not as potent as it’s portrayed.

You lying again. Pentagon is not paying for Israeli avionics. But question is why Israel instals its own EW to F-35 if American is superior? Samilarly Israel did with F-15I and F-16I. Israel could easily order American EW systems, yet Israel always insists to instal its own. And as u can see it works.
