They can sit and watch, as usual..at least this is what they have been doing since ages. The fear of annoying West and US is so much that even they don't want to try anything to justifiably save the lives of innocent civilians let alone Hamas.

Let's look at the neighbors Israel has. 359 million Arabs, speaking the same language, believing in the same God and religion, have more or less same culture but have been unable to unite on one single platform since the WW1. Too busy cutting each other's throat whether be it Syria, or Morsi of Egypt, or Libya, or Lebanon or Yemen etc. But who is stopping these Arabs from uniting, is it US or Europe, or Turkey or even Iran? The answer is none of them. Heck the United States can not even control the streets of Brooklyn, how can it cause disunity among Arabs if Arabs truly want to stay united. They themselves are preventing each other from uniting and this is what exactly the west wants. As long they are busy fighting with each other and bringing each other down, they will remain weak and will not think about fighting the west. But they are too dumb to see it through.

I am just wondering when the last time any Muslim Country army have kicked a** any gora military of the western country ... just reviewing few wars big and small after 2nd world war and I was very disappointed...

Because of the fitnah of maal (Money) which our beloved last Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) pointed out 1400 years ago...and also due to kamzoor imaan and being afraid of death... and greed for the position of power...

As soon as a patriotic, honest muslim leader is spotted by the enemy ... he/she will get sidelined or if he/she continued then get assassinated. The astonishing part is that mostly everyone knows this pattern but till now not able to come up with the solution of it.

And then there is another section of Muslims who thinks that wait for Hazrat Imaam Mahdi (AS) till then nothing will work out so why even bother just pray for his early arrival ...

My understanding is that enemy plans and Allah SWT plans much better so Allah SWT probably have selected the right group of people for the revival and it is in the works ... Insha Allah
