This is from Israel TV so Muslims should NOT believe the news blindly but take it with a pinch of salt. But given the recent developments in KSA and the anti-islamic bent MBS regime took, I won't be at all surprised if this is indeed the case. Also art enthusiast MBS reportedly offered Abu Dis to palestenians as their capital:

Israel TV: Saudi Arabia, Egypt gave Trump green light regarding Jerusalem

Israel’s News 10 said Saudi Arabia and Egypt gave US President Donald Trump the go ahead to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and move the US embassy from Tel Aviv to the occupied city.

The channel said the Arab parties’ reactions and condemnations are not genuine and are misleading.

Israeli journalist and head of the Arab desk at the news channel, Zvi Yehezkeli stressed that the announcement could not have been made without coordination between Trump and his regional allies.

“I am not sure about the Arab countries’ reactions to this resolution,” Yehezkeli said, adding that the responses issued so far were not serious.

On Wednesday, the US President Donald Trump announced his decision to formally recognise Jerusalem as Israel’s new capital adding that the American embassy would be moved from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

World leaders, from Europe to the Middle East to Australia, slammed the decision as a “unilateral and outside the vision of a negotiated peace between Israelis and Palestinians,” warning of “heightened tensions or even violence across the Middle East.”

This really should be in the 'comedy' section of PDF. "a pinch of salt" should be changed to " as a pile of steaming dung." :-)

There's the funny part. As if the racist, anti-Muslim, orange-headed baboon who doesn't even listen to the advice of his own generals and staff would care about any Muslim leader's opinion on the matter, let alone that opinion determining whether the announcement would be made or not. The Israelis really think people are gullible. They're actually bad con artists.

Totally wrong. Green light was not given to Trump. It was given to Israel directly in the time of Obama that is why CIA made ISIS and brought SISI to power. All arab spring was a fabrication. If Iran would not have made the Nuclear deal this would not have happened. The nuclear deal was the biggest loss of Iran. Obama would have accepted Jerusalem as capital if Russia would not have intervened in Syria but after Russian intervention Obama refused to accept Jerusalem as capital and so did Hilary. So when Natanyahu visited USA before Trump elections the deal was made with Trump through Kushner and it was Israel that hacked DNC server and leaked Hilary document on the Wikileaks. First country to side with Israel was Bahrain in 2011 and then followed by rest of Gulf. Yemeni missile tech was transferred to Houthis was also done by Israel through India. You will always find USA part in Yemeni missiles which were supplied by Mossad and RAW agents to bring Saudis against Iran and use this divide to gain Jerusalem. The best example to support my claim is the presence of UAE prince on 15 august in Indian national day parade.

This all is just a theory in the end.

People should really learn the history behind the Al Suad's. It isn't that murky if people would just research.

There is nothing in that entire series of emails by nobodies that refers to Saudiya seeking full diplomatic ties with Israel. Not sure where you got that from. And as far as intelligence, all countries that are not necessarily at war with one another share intelligence with each other up to a certain level, to benefit their own security. This is nothing new or surprising.

Saudiz have Jewish roots from Najd. That's why they killed fellow Ottomans for sake of British.

I believe it. Saudis did not even attend the OIC summit on Jerusalem and then offered a lukewarm support of its statement. The Saudis have bigger fish to fry, which is, at the moment, Iran.

.

So why not include the most pertinent point of what he said?

Speaking to France 24 television late on Wednesday, Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir said Riyadh has a “roadmap” to establish full diplomatic ties with the Tel Aviv if an agreement is reached between Palestine and the Israeli entity.

By purposely leaving that crucial part out, one can only guess there is a mischievous motive behind it. You need to be much more honest about these things because you will get called out on them, and I don't mean that as an attack on you.

I understand the hatred some have against the Saudis and specifically the royal family, but let's not lose sight of the importance of being accurate. Attempts at misleading will always be spotted, especially with sensitive topics like this.

Everyone knows (including all political parties) Saudi Arabia's stance towards Israel and how at two-state solution is not only imperative to any diplomatic relations, but it is an absolute condition.

Another step forward towards the Grand Finale approaching which every muslim knows about.

Arabs must accept Israel's right to Jerusalem': Saudi academic

'Arabs must accept Israel's right to Jerusalem': Saudi academic

A Saudi academic has defended the controversial US decision to recognise Jerusalem as Israel's capital, calling on Arabs to 'accept' Israel's claim to the holy city.

A Saudi academic has defended the controversial US decision to recognise Jerusalem as Israel's capital and called on Arabs to "accept" Israel's claims to the holy city.

Abdulhameed Hakeem, the head of the Middle East Center for Strategic and Legal Studies in Jeddah, made the remarks on US-based al-Hurra Arabic-language TV channel on Saturday.

"The decision will prompt a positive shock towards moving the stagnant water surrounding negotiations," Hakeem said.

"Us, as Arabs, have to come an understanding with the other side and know what its demands are so that we can succeed in peace negotiation efforts," he said.

Hakeem's comments come after President Donald Trump announced earlier this month that the US would break with international consensus and move its embassy from Tel Aviv to Israel.

The Saudi royal court has slammed Trump's announcement as "unjustified and irresponsible" but has been muted in its criticism of the move since.

It has led many to ask where Riyadh stands on the issue.

"We have to admit and realise that Jerusalem is a religious symbol for the Jews that is just as holy for them as Mecca and Medina are for Muslims," Hakeem said.

"Arab mentality must free itself from the heritage of Gamal Abdel Nasser and political Islam of both the Sunni and Shia sects, which has instilled for purely political interests the culture of hating Jews and denying their historic right in the region."

Hakeem's comments have prompted angry responses on social media and many Twitter users have harshly condemned what they consider an appeal for the "normalisation of relations" with Israel.

Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates' deep distrust of Shia power Iran is shared with Israel and has helped thaw relations.

Saudi Arabia denies it has any official relations with Israel, despite a deluge of recent reports claiming rapprochement between the two states.

Israel seized control of the eastern part of Jerusalem in the 1967 Middle East war and sees the whole of Jerusalem as its undivided capital, something not accepted by the international community.

The Palestinians view the east as the capital of their future state, according to the 1993 Oslo Accords, but Trump's move puts this hope in serious jeopardy.
