1: If you are talking about achievements in technological terms , then you cannot deny that Israel being a satellite state of the US has access to all top notch research done in the US , they get regular funding from the US , US funds their defense projects so they never run out of money.
Egypt gets the same amount of money from US, what wonders have they achieved for themselves or in any field. Jordanians and many others too are on the payroll of US but they seemed to be lacking in every field. Israeli's on the other hand have made so many advances that it is amazing, no wonder the US funds them when they know its good investment. The other nations that give money to just end up wasting it and making situation worse in the region much like Egypt has done recently.

VIII: Emergency scale help by Muslim states towards Pakistan in 2010 Flood disaster , money received from Muslim countries makes up over 1 Billion dollars plus , hospitals , camps and food & medicine.
IX: Consistent support of Turkey in Pakistan's energy crisis by supplying world's largest ship borne generator.

Pakistan was the first nation to put the issue of Palestine on the international stage at the UN, we were the first to raise the voice for the Arabs all while we have got nothing but lip service in return.
We fought for the Arabs in their wars while they have never fought in our wars.
We helped set up their institutions, gave them economic and hardware support so they can build their countries.
We set up their financial system, we helped them develop and you have the audacity to tell me that Pakistan "hasn't done anything for these Muslim states in return".
In return, the Arabs support insurgencies in Pakistan, they fund militants/terrorists, they are killing us in their countries (Bahrain), they are racist towards us and you are telling me that they help us while we haven't done anything for them.
We build up their security forces, we provide them nuclear cover and suppress their uprising and you are telling me that we haven't done anything for them.

Many nations do such things, we have old enmity with India, does that mean that we stop recognizing them.
