I can't understand why GCC countries doesnt spend his large amount of money in make their own weapons, including nukes.

It's a matter of time that USA backstab them, likey they did with Saddam.

By the other side, Israel should do the same, make real nuclear weapons, instead childish fantasy Vanunu histories.
