Israel moving away from Democracy!?

Israels ruling party Likud has anounced that they have plans to cut the economical aid for Humanitarian organisations in Israel that comes from around the world!

what do you think about this, is Israel moving closely away from Democracy?

for me it seems like it is becoming a Syria... human right organizations cant come in and show whats happening!
