You should read before commenting. The attack was to be coordinated with India, with aircraft taking off from Indian bases. This incident is widely known, with many official sources. The head of the ISI at the time, Gen. Hameed Gul, is also on record stating that a retaliatory strike on Dimona(Israel's nuclear weapons complex) was also threatened. Israeli F-16s were even detected airborne across the border, but Israel called it off.
This isn't the first time Israel's involved in subterfuge against Pakistan either. Another public incident was Kargil. In Kashmir, Pakistan and India don't have an International Border, only a Line-of-Control that was declared after the last ceasefire - the Line-of-Control has shifted many times(Kargil, for example, has changed hands three times). In 1999, India had a very hard time at Kargil, and according to Israel's ambassador to India, Israel "helped India out in that desperate situation". What is known is, I
srael supplied chemical&biological weapons, which Pakistan's strategic planners hadn't counting on India having. That resulted in a few hundred casualties, which is a tragedy, but despite Israel's help, Pakistan still gained territory, like the strategic Peak 5353 that India repeatedly tried to recapture for years with many *many* failed operations(It's important to them because their only supply highway through the mountains can be bombarded from that peak).
So Israel's involvement is known, even though quiet a few people are ignorant about it.[/QUOTE
WOW.. so without that chemical & biological weapons pakistan`s army is invincible no? Thanks god you didn`t mention alien weapons
