There was no known impact of projectiles in Israeli territory. It was also not initially confirmed whether the Patriot Missiles struck the drone.

The Jerusalem Post's sister publication Ma'ariv has reported a heavy presence of IDF aircraft in airspace above the Golan Heights following the launches.

Residents in the north reported hearing multiple explosions, however there were reportedly no rockets launched towards Israeli territory, meaning the noise was likely related only to the Patriot Missiles.

There were no initial reports of injuries.

Probably launched by some militant group, Assad's hands are tied and the last thing he would want is to piss off Israel. However, the militant groups aren't quite as smart.

I still don't know why Israel doesn't seem to be helping Assad. I mean, I know him and Israel aren't exactly allies, but if Assad is overthrown then a lot of the militants will start attacking Israel. So wouldn't it be wise to get rid of the bigger threat?

Israel doesn't involve in this, we would rather them inflicting as much damage to each other than helping one side.

Assad has already been battered, are you sure you want to wait and see him lose? Oh well, I guess if him loosing became more and more probable, you guys would start pounding the militants.

Because of such attitude of Israel, they are much hated today...

So when your enemies fight each other, you want to break it up so they become stronger and focus their hate towards you?

Thats interesting. Patriots failing to hit a slow drone ? Very interesting.

What else are they supposed to do ? Help one of their own enemies ?
Drones are tough target to hit, because they're slow and small.
And yeah, it seems like Patriot interceptor is failing once again, glad we're dumpin dat soon

You want us to help a country that we are technically still in war, and a country that gives weapons to Hezbollah?
We'd rather let them fight, who cares about them? All we care are the Druze in the border, that if ISIS will go to there we will have to conquer the town, or the injured that go to our borders.

Russia is there to help him, We don't prefer anyone there, we got our interests and we would rather wait.

Umm,declare whatever left of Palestine as independant? That'll smoothen their relationship with the arabs alot...

It would be retarted for them to help either side, considering both sides are after extermination of Israel.

As if any of them have the capablity to do so...

Sorry,I didn't get it,bro..
