Israel can do such things and it is evident that Planes are of unknown origin hinting as supplied covertly, IMO for a specific job. Propaganda is high in these times only to divert the focus as well as a media warfare tool to escalate things in wrong directions. The planes with unknown markings are used just because wouldn't be easy to trace and Saudi's never received such type of birds otherwise, it would have been easy to confirm the Flying Country.

Looks like a fuel bomb to me. Please don't spread ridiculous news like this without verifying.

In the following video at 7 secs you see the initial explosion that disperses the fuel, and then at 14 seconds you see the second explosion that ignites that fuel.
