Final remarks; israeli MoD preventing the delivery of the last two of four ESM systems via licensing block. so in brief two of them ( ESM systems) have been alredy delivered!!! and the first Peace Eagle will enter service with the TUAF by the end of this year as planed !!! for the last two, options are available including ASELSAN ( if not alone then may be with Northrop Grumman or BAE) as stated by cabatli_53
