Anti-Semitism is consistently defined as hostility, prejudice or discrimination of Jews. As a term it cannot be applied to Arabs or other non-Jewish Semites.
Anti-Semitism as a term originates from 19th century Europe. To understand anti-Semitism you have to understand what "Semitism" is. This was a term popularized by Wilhelm Marr. To take a term out of its historic definition and purpose and use semantics to deny that one cannot be an anti-Semite because he is an Arab or Arabs are Semites too makes no sense.

Comparing Zionism to Hindutva is offensive.
Zionism is a peaceful ideology and very similar to our Two Nation Theory.

Criticism of Zionism does tend to be nothing but thinly veiled anti-Semitism. It is certainly motivated by that anti-Semitism.
Criticism of Israel's aggressions from its far right governments is not equal to criticism of Zionism. When you criticize Zionism you criticize the concept of a Jewish state in their historic homeland, and I fail to see how that isn't anti-Semitic. Why don't we criticize an English state in England, a French state in France, an Irish state in Ireland, a Spanish state in Spain, an Italian state in Italy, a Polish state in Poland, and so on and so forth. Why only criticism of a Jewish state?
