and for people who cannot afford smart phones? look Israel is not home to one sect the faster Israel understands this the better it is for Israel. Wrong policies will always hurt Israel and no one knows better than Israeli as the had a very painful past but Israelis have not learned any thing from such a long history. Some of the Muslims in Israel deliberately increase the speaker volume, so that the Jews / Christians / Druze hear the muezzin, in this way they show ownership.
The problem for them is not to decrease the speaker volume, the problem is that "the ownership of the territory" was taken from them, or in simple-it's because the Jews (or any other group) said

I doubt that this is a problem due to lack of smart phones. A simple alarm clock will anyway do.

In Sweden, we only allow call to prayer in speakers once per week with a limited volume.

The Muslim call to prayer rejects the Holy Trinity and thus is considered blasphemous by Christians.
Are blasphemous statements tolerated in Pakistan or are blasphemers labelled as terrorists?

As I have told before there are all type of people in the world. Not every one is good but one thing Israel should understand they are not the only one in the land and they cannot rule the land if they attempt to do so they and impose the thing will get out of hand. Currently Israel is in benefit due to a little proxy war between Iran and Saudia but what if they both make a peace deal? So any thing can happen in the world it is better to improve the internal affairs of Palestine.

Sir Sweden is a different place, Israel is a disputed land and a land of unrest you don't want to bring more unrest to the land.
