People forget to note that IF he is working so nobly as a humanitarian, then he should not be making political statements. If he is choosing to make political statements, then he cannot be allowed entry as a humanitarian. Talk about having it both ways!
He as a doctor and active participant in the conflict (albeit due to his function as a doctor) has every right (just like every other person) to have his own opinions regarding the conflict. Unlike most of us "chair viewers" he knows what he is talking about and has seen it all.
I am not sure if I understand you here brother? Are you for him getting banned simply because he has voiced factual criticism against Israel?
