Please state in brief what is a failed state:
There are political and strategic motives behind this propaganda that Pakistan is a failed state. Pakistan is not a failed state, it is a state affected by terrrorism and terrorism is politically motivated. But I am definite that the days of terror are likely to go in 6 months and Pakistan shall be a very peaceful and properous state in south asia.
