Has the ISPR ever heard of a language called...umm...Urdu? It simply astonishes me how our military and civilian apparatus refuse to understand a very basic concept.

In order to get your message across, your need to communicate with people in the language they grew up with (madri zabaan). I'm bewildered by this constant use of English, a language most Pakistanis don't even understand.

ISPR needs to be issuing these notices not only in Urdu, but in all our regional languages as well.

It's high time our military start behaving like the PAKISTAN Army, and not the North West Army, from which it arose out of.
