I am not going in circles. Maybe there is a comprehension issue because you still don't understand what I am trying to explain to you. I have been very linear with my thought process and content. Let me make it as clear as I can because maybe you are a genuine person and truly have a mental blockage.

You implied that this person deserves the death penalty because he committed an act of violence against another person. As per your claim, the brutality of the act deserves the death penalty.

So why not the same for Modi and others in India who are responsible for worse acts of violence?

Even if I accept your version that Modi and certain sections of the Indian Armed Forces have engaged in acts of wanton violence, there is crucial legal difference..They engaged in these acts of alleged violence in their capacity as office bearers of the State, so they were imposing the writ of the State. This means trying the State. That is not such a straight forward concept. Things like that have to be in some sort of International Court or Tribunal, since if the State is tried in the courts operated by the State, then the whole judicial process may be called out as a sham. Or the errant State has to be convicted by some sort of international consensus and the whole machinery uprooted and deposed as happened with Libya. As for me myself, I donot think either you or me are any sort of meaningful stake holders in Ind,Pak,US,DE if we are not billionaires, top level generals,bureaucrats or polticians who can hold the attention of millions. This is why I myself check my own nationalist tendencies and only focus on making money, making love,spreading happiness,removing anxieties..and I hope my fellow human being is benefited by it. Life is too short to get caught up in hyper-emotions on issues you have very little pull

They don't need to attack the embassies of the muslim countries when they can and in fact invaded the whole country.

I will tell you why i am defending Australia, its exactly the same reason when i defend Muslims for the action of a few d*ckheads. I have lived in Australia for almost 20 years. Yes there are some racist A*holes here but compared to other countries Australia is 100 times tolerant, especially when compared to Europe and the US.

I will tell you my personal experiences. I had a car accident in 2008 and with-in 15mins the police and ambos where there, they took care of me. I had to go to court after and lost my licence but that was fair coz i was being a hoon. Here are the pics of my car

We have used the Ambulance service 3 times, one time for me when i had the accident, once when my dad collapsed while walking back from the masjid ( a true blue Aussie guy was the one that had helped him and waited by his side till the Ambos came). 3rd time when my wife went into labour too early. Not once did they knock us back for being non-white or made us feel inferior. I work among white people and i can tell which ones are racist and most of them are the ones that moved here from Europe.

I have lived in Saudi till the age of 12, and i felt more racism there than i have faced in Australia. Heck i have faced more racism in Karachi than i have faced in Australia.

I dislike arabs( gulf arabs to be precise) as well for their racism. To be honest , paramedics and hospital staff will be doing their job regardless of how their patient looks like.
White folks are just good at hiding their disgusts when they are working with minorities. I am glad that you are having a good time in AUS and there is nothing but good fortune I would wish for a Pakistani guy.

Aussie chicks are incredibly selective when it comes to dating(probably the toughest in anglo countries). Forget about ethnics , white guys are having a very tough time to land aussie women.

Nah, your kids will lost all their culture. There is this Pakistani and White kid I know at school who has absolutely none of his father's Pakistani culture.

Women in this article are to be honest below average. The only decent looking couple is the last one but they both are white so I don't know how is that mixed race.
