Like everything in Islam, you have two versions: one that relates to other muslims and another that relates to the infidels. ISIS sees you as the infidel and so in their eyes what they're doing is perfectly Islamic. It's no different than what Islamic hoards did in centuries past. Or Christians for that matter.

As for Jizya, it is the equivalent of the Zakat tax that's obligatory for Muslims. it is levied on all capable non-muslims - i.e. those that are able to pay. In return, non-muslims are protected and get the same benefits and rights that the muslims do - you know, like the normal taxes you pay to your government!

Hehehe.. All such "Islamic" laws have two versions. One for Muslims and other for Dhimmis. Since Islamic State considers other muslims as infidels, so no such rule applies.

And Yes.. ISIS are the biggest brand ambassadors of Muslims as much as ordinary people are concerned.

Once again, there aren't separate laws for muslims and non-muslims....oh yes, wait there are! A muslim has to follow the Quranic laws, while a non-muslim has the CHOICE of either following Quranic law or one from his own religion - so a Jew living in a muslim state can either follow Quranic laws governing a particular thing, or he can follow the Talmud.

Non Muslims do not pay mandatory Zakat. Hence an area under Muslim rule is made an Oath of protection(Dhimmah) that people in that land will govern themselves according to their laws, run there affairs, have own courts in return they will pay 'Jizya'.

They will however abrogate the right to have weapons form an army or recruited into the army.

Dude,don't get me wrong...i'm religious,i believe in God but when i've read some things in the Old Testament for example i found an excuse that God is testing us for being idiots and if you really do that stuff.....that's how i manage my religiousness with my everyday life...if it sounds stupid...it's a trap !....i do try to get all the good things out of it.
