Look at it this way...eeven after 72 years due to poor polcies our people still die of hunger despite having enough resources ..
Example : we have 110-140 MAF of water yet California which uses only 20MAF water produce 20x more produce than us..whole nile is just 40-50MAF shared by 3 countries

They have been dreaming of Pakistan's failure since 1946...according to their leaders and pundits...Pakistan won't survive for more than a few years ...then they did not give our share in the assets...conspired with Red-cliff to occupy Kashmir. But still we are here.. and in-sha-Allah I'm very optimistic about Pakistan's future.

I think the baseline with this logic is to get a community to focus a majority for change.

So the same principle could be applied to savings for eg. 50% and one Pakistani contributing 100rs a month to say the dam- that is approx 9.5 billion rupees each month.
