However, this is feel good article from France, country trying to secure more deals in GCC and after US pulled the plug on Syria mission and started talking to Iran, the only country still supporting it together with GCC out of their own economic and political calculus.
Oh and, you can add into this also the US talking to Iran, the prospects of a potential deal etc etc
