. . . . .
Nothing special, they took almost 3 years to complete this project. If you handover important project to people like Haneef Abbassi then you cant expect anything.
Anyway, waiting for green belt

. .
looks good sounds good who will upgrade hospitals in twin cities??

Sir, do you first build streets and roads to get to hospitals or do you build hospitals in the middle of a jungle so no one can get to those? Do you also understand that things also happen in phases? Like in the phase 1 you do x, like build roads, phase II, you expand or build new hospital, phase III, you focus on another issue?

Or, you are one of those who are always naysayers no matter what happens?

You clearly didn't read my post. My question was, do you understand when you run infrastructure projects at a national level, you do things in phases? Does every single hospital is owned by the Government? What did the previous governments and the beloved military rule do to increase the healthcare capacity in their combined 55 years of rule?

People like you should be thankful, the shiit that was never built in the past 70 years, is being built in the past 4 years and only idiots expect 70 years of mess to be cleaned up in 5 years.

Islamabad got most funding and infrastructure projects during Mush years (9th and 7th avenue and upgrading of all sectors)

They haven't invested a single Penny in the national health institutes located in Islamabad. And they are upgrading roads that were still catering the needs of people. Visit our national capital for once and see for yourself what needs improvement and what not. Just check the condition of the parks, sidewalks, hospitals and educational institutes, they are neglected to the core. And the beloved military rule did more for Islamabad than anyone else. It was the military rule that established Islamabad as a capital. Military didn't run a metro bus on a single artery of the capital and called it development. They preserved the sanctity of the capital, protected the Margalla's from being mined. Even Zardari was more loyal to keeping Islamabad in the condition it deserved rather than Installing a security system and calling it a day.

If you compare Islamabad before Musharaf era and after his rule then anyone can see hell lot of difference. All famous places that tourists come to in islamabad including Pakistan Monument,Lake View Park,Monal,Saidpur Village,Daman-e-Koh,upgradation of F-9 park and Lok Virsa as well as infrastructure projects including 9th avenue,7th avenue, blue area road expansion,Islamabad Expressway expansion,Islamabad Airport Road expansion and even the kashmir highway / 9th avenue on which this interchange is built were developed during his period.

Even streets of islamabad got a totally different look with carpeted roads and proper pavements.

And if you don't know islamabad was built during military rule of Ayub Khan

Right....and how much money he has? Over a billion rupees in properties in Pakistan and in a bank account. Then, $ 200 + million channeled to buy an empire in Dubai, the US, Turkey, London, etc. This was the US aid money used for "his" purposes when the money was sent for the people of Pakistan. How about that?

Will one of you dictator lovers like to comment on that? No, you people are hypocrites because you belong to that military clan. So a general can rob your country back to ages, and that's allowed and you won't say a word. But, the song "Civilians are Corrupt" is sung every 2 minutes. Everyone's corrupt and the military is a lot more. You forgot that big builder Malik? I met his son in law at a business conference and after a few drinks, he shared with me the amount of money they paid to even lower level military officers like Colonels and Captains so he could build his housing society and I believe some of that was leaked out with proofs too.

The changes in Musharraf's time were to hide the money trail (for aid from the US), through using contracting companies his ex-general buddies owned to build Islamabad or transporting NATO supplies. What about that? Why didn't Mr. Musharraff think about the electric shortage and the population growth and school and universities and health system, same shiit that you are using to malign other good work that you are too jealous to see and tolerate?

Take a look at the warm and loving reception Gen. Raheel gets. Take another look at the time Musharraf spend in Pakistan. The country he once protected, doesn't want him back. But a few geniuses like you, will write books on his greatness while he enjoys Jim Beam's Whiskey twice a day! HA!

Sources for all these allegations please.

How much was the US aid money ,not more than 6-7 billion dollars from 2001-2007 during his tenure and only half of which was military aid which was actually the amount for the services provided by Pakistan Army to US including arrests of key Al-Qaeda leaders,NATO supply and logistics as well as usage of Pakistani airbases while civilian aid wasn't given directly to Pakistan government,it was indirectly spent by USAID via NGO's and investements in other development projects by itsef which faced 75% reduction due to USAID's own marketing and administrative expenses and only 25% of civilian aid was spent on Pakistan by USAID.The aid which you are talking about is still being taken by these demoncrazies. So what's happening with that now?
