Completely agreed. I truly hope we all as a nation remember those times so that we will never take the steps or elect the parties that will bring those days back. It is only by remembering and learning that we will make sure they never return.

Corruption corruption in mushy govt it's budget was 20 bill zardari increased it to 70 bill nawaz took it too 112 bil but same as mushy govt design 85 bil gone to corrupt govt of democracy

I know this project first hand. The amount of corruption that happened between PPP and PML-N era for this project is simply staggering. By far the worst executed project i have ever seen in my life, and the costs are so bloated that it's staggering how much the taxpayers ended up paying. I will give you an example, a simple LED Lightbulb was procured for 7000 Rs/Bulb from a well known contracting company that happens to be owned by a PML-N Minister.

This airport is a slap on the face of the Pakistani Awaam. This is a fu** you on all our faces by our beloved Rulers. And guess what, all the culprits responsible for this loot maar will be awarded further contracts. Shame

My cousin worked as an electric engineer on it... The stories of corruption I hear..

The samdhi of Maryum Nawaz even declare the small road passing through the villages as built by his company ... The PVC pipes are also being imported rather than buying better quality and cheaper ones from local suppliers...

The runway is another disaster ... The two runways are too close and now planes can't land ... And much more .. What was supposed to cost less than 400 million has now crossed 1 billion dollars...

Indeed a F U to entire Pakistan... Thanks to Zardari and now Nawaz company..
