Uses Telegram for communication instead of modern tech, involved in target killing in Peshawar. Network hires people like cobblers, rikshaw drivers and grocers for recon and pays 20-35K a month. The organization is being led by a member of Afridi clan who is a resident of Matni. The organization maintains three independent subgroups in the city along with sleeper cells in all major areas.

This is old news, trust me. Only the sleeper cells remain now which are being tracked down and eliminated on daily basis.

Internal security is very weak with too many incompetent police: law enforcement officers. Pakistans overall attitude is usual ' 60+ killed, murdered ah doesn't matter we'll catch them next time'. Pakistans attitude will never change the country will continue to witness such avoidable tragedies.
Totally agree with you.

Don't need to read it,

Question: Where do they get this information and how?

Makes you think doesn't it? Don't believe everything the media tells you.
Okey I got the trolling.

Peshwar main bhi ho jaye ga. Donon governments so rahi hain.
Thats not the point. Jahan be ho nuksaan Pakistan ka ha but OP had a different agenda for opening this thread and so was my reply. Nawaz government is in the center and its his government that has failed to implement NAP despite repeated reminders by the army. More than 60 people killed in a province that also has his government and yet not one word by him or his cabinet against the preparators of this attack. All they can do is to bark 24/7 against IK and defend his highness corruption.
I find it ironic that defenders of such mega corruption and scandals have the audacity to point fingers at others. Their own serving law minister Rana Sanaullah has links with militants all across Punjab which is why despite repeated calls Punjab and center does not allow rangers operation in Punjab. This should tell about the priorities.

No link no source ...just a fake propaganda by a patwari to secure his cheque and geemay wala naan

No, so more than targeting the guy's involved, which of-course is the last tier of the process, you should seriously target the process by which the radicals are made
Of course thats the job of policy makers. Both process should run parallel.

There are two ways to neutralize them
1 - Secretly wipe out everyone related to that time, even the lowest tier workers
2 - Make an exemplary punishment so others thing twice before joining them
Agencies will have to act fast, there is no place for complacency.

This is Urdu Media, FAR, FAR& FAR away from the truth
