the turks are only recent entrants to the mullah games... but the wahabi mullahs, since creation of saudia, have found much acceptance in my region, south asia.
1. the wahabi people from present saudia come from najd area where the irani mullah culture found much acceptance.
2. the "ikhwaan ul muslimoon" group of north africa and syria, though founded in egypt ( by britishers, of course ), found later inspiration from "tableeghi jamaat"... the leader of ikhwaan, sayyid qutb, was much inspired by writings from the indian mullah movements, deoband and tableegh.
3. the indian deobandi mullah school was founded by british east india company.
4. other north african groups like fis, gia and lifg are branches of ikhwaan.
5. the "hizb ut tahrir" group operating in china, russia and central asia is a derivation of the indian "tableeghi jamaat" mullah-burqa movement which itself is a branch of the indian "deobandi" movement, founded by the british east india company.
6. the east asian group, jemah islamiya, is inspired from indian deobandi movement.
7. other african groups like boko haram and al-shabaab are inspired by indian "tableeghi jamaat" movement from, i suppose, indians staying in kenya and nigeria.
8. mullah culture in britain and west europe comes from south asian ( indian ) "tableeghi jamaat" and from mullahs kicked out from socialist muslim nations like former iraq, former libya and syria... remember, the irani mullah, khomenei lived in paris before going to iran to become its leader... he had been kicked out from iraq.
9. though ideology for all these groups is from irani culture and indian culture, the funding for such groups came from saudia, and saudia was created by usa and britain.
