Isis Kidnaps Another 500 Children to Use Them for 'Suicide Attacks'

The Islamic State (Isis) militants have kidnapped around 500 children from Iraq, who according to local security personnel fear will be used in 'suicide attacks' by the Sunni radical group.

"Daesh [Arabic acronym for Isis] has kidnapped at least 400 children in the western province of Anbar and taken them to their bases in Iraq and Syria," a member of Anbar's Provincial Council, Farhan Mohammed told Anadolu Agency.

The Iraqi officials said that in the last one week hundreds of children have been frisked away from their homes and schools in Ar Rutba, Al-Qaim, Anah and Rawa. Similarly, another 100 children under the age of 16 have been taken away by the Isis from Iraq's eastern province.

Diyala police chief Lieutenant General Kasim Al-Saidi told the news source that the children were being taken to Isis bases in Iraq and even in Syria to be used in "suicide attacks".

Saidi revealed that the Isis fighters are giving them weapons training as well. In April, Rehab al-Abouda, head of the Iraqi Parliament's Committee for Women, Family and Childhood had revealed that the Isis has used hundreds of kidnapped boys as fighters in its clashes with the Iraqi security forces.

Her statement had come days after it emerged that at least 120 children were kidnapped from schools in Mosul by the Isis militants.

The children were taken from their schools in al-Qayyarah, al-Shura, Badoush and al-Baaj neighbourhoods of the city, located 400 km from Baghdad and taken to Isis cub camps.

Just wait for ISIS apologists to arrive with their conspiracy theories.

There is no doubt that Shia militias are going through hard times in Anbar and Ramadi at the moment, so i'm not surprise they're now abandoning "operation retake Anbar" and now launching anti-Da'esh material.

Word means nothing, action changes everything.

I hope you get deported from Australia soon, for the personal safety of Australians.

Typical logic coming from people like you who tend to be very biased, anyone who critisize Shia militias crimes are automatically labelled as Da'esh supporters, why? Meaning HRW and many others who critisize them are supporters as well? People are now seeing their true colors.

I'm not going to ignore militias crime, they should be condemned too, they're no better than Da'esh in Iraq.

This is news about ISIS kidnapping 500 innocent children not crimes of Shia militants. I don't understand why you bring Shia militias in this? Do you curse Shias before you go to bed?

ISIS should be utterly eliminated. What is happening in Syria and Iraq is most unfortunate. These terrorists know no sanctity, no religion and no humanity. They must be butchered whereever they escape to. ISIS, Taliban, Al Qaeda are all the same things. They claim to fight America and win sympathy but in reality they are the worst thing to have struck our people. We should reform, begin the process of ijtehad and open our gates to secularism.

What should scare you is not this propaganda. It's the incompetence of Arab militaries/governments who resort these publications thinking it will help them reclaim their provinces. This just means laziness plays a large role in the Arab world and even US agrees if Iraqi gov't can't take necessary steps and improve its security on its own then they will lose their whole country and US will not step in. Don't encourage a lazy , stubborn approach. The Iraqi gov't is incompetent militarily, but also stubborn in the sense it does not want Sunni's to have any meaning to Iraq. If it remains stubborn and publishes lame propaganda then they deserve to lose their whole country.

People like him are like the people who ignored expert warnings on war in Iraq. The experts were ignored and the decision makers remained stubborn. Leading to the mess we have today. So they will continue to dismiss the steps needed to be taken for Iraq's long term interest and only look at it in short term. A few years from now they will look back and realize we were right.

Do you have a visual and solid proof of this claim? No? That's what i've thought.
