Actually this is quite true.

The author forgot to add more stuff, the Indian underground mafia and drug dealers also work under the payroll of ISI. ISI uses the Taliban they sponsor, who smuggle drugs from Afghanistan to IoK. Pakistan Army provides cover to these Pakistan's own Taliban, by engaging with Indian army. These Taliban then go to the ISI agent's in Mumbai, the biggest center of Mafia in India. The local police is also a part of the whole conspiracy. After providing the drugs to the mafia organized by ISI, they also work as salesmen.

Lol I've listened to this song about 1000 times since I first heard on a friend's wedding a couple of months back. Even I was like WTF. And yes it's a nice song indeed.
