PAF Funding was never adequate atleast since 2008. The needed numbers were atleast 150 JF-17 at one point figure went to 250 and back to 150 and now not even 150.

Obviously Oliver Twist is not over feeding it is something necessary, call it "urgent requirements".

Hash/realistic would have been only called at had PAF been consuming all too much and asking for even more, Here PAF is asking legitimate share as PAF was deprived of it most of it was eaten away by Pak Army and civilian Government "ogra oil & gas, railways, pia, steel mills, NICL case, ephedrine case, punjab metro, presidential/pm spendings. So people should not complain it was bound to happen PAF had to raise the voice and it did finally someone woke up.

You misread the Oliver Twist analogy.. the fact that it was a feeble plea.. which was unlikely to be heard is what this is as well.

Hmmm .. NS's dislike of PA and it's associations .. may prompt him to beef PAF.

I sincerely doubt it. UNLESS.. the PAF tried to sell him the idea of private shares in PAC and the possible money he could make off JF-17 sales.

well maybe he is there to meet up plans of 2025 moderinazation which were off the cource but if our economy stabalizes and GOP manages to take PKR value up and USD down i.e 1 USD equal to 70-80 PKR then it would benifit our Armed forces much more than giving some extra funds or helping them……
PAC should also keep its keen intrest on producing commercial products and also introducing them in local markets in atleast 10 Major cities of Pakistan……:coffee:

PAF plans at least 150 JF-17 and may eventually acquire 250 depending on the resources available..

It won't go below 150 as AFDP 2025 requires all obsolete jets to be replaced on one-on-one basis ..

Any idea what's the progress on the J-10B deal...

& Aren't we going for more F-16's ??

Where have we heard this idea before? But seriously this meeting has more to do with what friends in China have raised concerns about - Their considerable investment seen as being for naught may present a image which may keep others have seriously considering meaningful relations
