Is this Pakistani restaurant and Pakistani food in China authentic?

This isn’t Pakistan. It doesn’t have any Pakistani elements

Please think before you make such statements that can hurt our feelings. Just because you don't know Balti cuisine doesn't mean it's not Pakistani. I have already named and explained all the dishes in OP.

Sir, are you in Chinese Army -PLA ? And what does you avatar represent ? I am gone crazy now after seeing so much Chinese food pictures, I am going to Chinese Restaurant or order it, will upload my pictures later.

No, I'm not a soldier, but I am a members of CCP.
My avatar represent is Soviet marshal konev. I have read his books <方面军司令员笔记> and <1945年>. Konev is good at tactical deception and is good at commanding the coordinated operation of infantry and artillery. He did very well in the battles of Kursk and Berlin. I like this Soviet Marshal very much.

@Inception-06 some more funny tidbits about Japan. So I was talking to a female Chinese acquaintance and the topic of Japan comes up. All of a sudden she got all conspiratorial and said 'You know, those Japanese geisha women you see, many of them are actually Chinese girls. They paint their faces and nobody can tell the difference. Most people have no idea what is going on'. Another time, talking with a South Korean acquaintance, topic of Japan comes up, and all of a sudden she gets all conspiratorial and says 'You know, many of these Sushi places are actually run by us Koreans. Most people don't know about this, but most of them are actually Koreans'. Still trying to figure out what Chinese and Korean ladies have against Japanese...

@MH.Yang

Although the Chinese, Koreans and Japanese have similar blood lines and faces, they hate each other.
The Japanese and Koreans hate the Chinese because they are afraid of the Chinese. The Chinese Empire has controlled them many times. Now the Chinese no longer support imperialism, but they also do not believe in China.
Chinese and Japanese hate Koreans. Korea was once ruled by all countries in East Asia. Chinese, Japanese and Mongols all used to be its masters, so Koreans feel inferior. They steal Chinese and Japanese culture and pretend to be theirs.
The Chinese and Koreans hate the Japanese because of the WW2.

No need to get emotional.

There are 1000s of dishes in Pakistan that are restricted to some specific region or village.

My answer was based on the common dishes we come around and that is quite surprising that a Pakistani restaurant based in China is focusing on dishes that are quite rare, It’s actually great

Pakistani restaurant in Jakarta here is operated by real Pakistani men. If the Pakistani restaurant in China is operated by Chinese, so it may be not authentic

Indeed, Pakistan is a big country and there's thousands of dishes. Why dismiss it because it has no elements that are known to you?

This isn’t Pakistan. It doesn’t have any Pakistani elements

Kudos to the restaurent for actually calling it 'Pakistan restaurent' and a medal for not polluting it with the 'Indian' as our people are want to do.

Such is the infeiority complex that even after 70 years our people have to hypenate or use 'Indian' with Pakistan like a crutch to stand up. Pathetic! Indian's on the other hand will erase the name Pakistan from everything unless in the sentence 'terrorism, poverty' are used.

In China, Pakistan is far more attractive than India.

Yes, there are usually differences in eating habits in different parts of the same country.
For example, I'm from Hunan. My hometown have an ice cream with chilli. I have many friends from other China places. They all hate this ice cream. They think it's crazy food.
lblinl comes from Shanghai, China. Shanghainese like sugar. They even put sugar in meat buns. I Hate Shanghai food so much.
Oh, noooo, how can you guys put chili into ice cream!

So from Masterchef Australia, I learnt that 'Fried Rice' is a Cantonese dish. This has been reinterpreted in Pakistan as 'Egg fried rice', 'Chicken fried rice', and even 'Vegetable fried rice'. I wonder how many other dishes in Pakistan are actually of Cantonese origin.

Is this a good example?

Most of the desi Chinese (South Asian Chinese fusion that passes for Chinese in Indo-Pak) cuisine in Pakistan is based off of Cantonese and Sichuanese cuisines with some Hunanese influences. This is because generally the cuisines in these regions is spicier and closer to the taste profiles of Pakistanis. This is from the Pakistani celebrity chef Koukab Khwaja's cookbook in urdu. She spent a lot of years in china as her husband was a diplomat posted there and she learnt a lot of recipes from the chinese chefs employed by the Pakistan Embassy.
