Is this Pakistani restaurant and Pakistani food in China authentic?

. . .
I think this was northern Pakistani food that's why he didn't fully recognized the food

But still his take was really funny

Yes, there are usually differences in eating habits in different parts of the same country.
For example, I'm from Hunan. My hometown have an ice cream with chilli. I have many friends from other China places. They all hate this ice cream. They think it's crazy food.
lblinl comes from Shanghai, China. Shanghainese like sugar. They even put sugar in meat buns. I Hate Shanghai food so much.

I think we have been shown an incorrect interpretation of Chinese food. In Pakistan, people associate it with high umami flavor (through MSG, oyster sauce, fish sauce etc.). Also, there is a limited selection of what is considered Chinese: chicken fried rice, chicken manchurian, hot and sour beef, chicken corn soup. There might be a few more I am missing, but there is not much variety. I asked my Chinese friends here and many of them haven't heard the names even. I just find the situation so hilarious, I think it would lead to much amusement if actual Chinese people did VLOGs on this.
About a week ago i had so called Chinese dinner at a famous and expensive restaurant in Islamabad. Though not sure it was really a Chinese or Thai. Or somekind of a combination.
I had beef cooked in vegetables and oyster sauce with vegetable fried rice.

I'm almost sure it's not really Chinese food. Chinese people usually don't fry beef with vegetables, but choose chili, coriander, celery and so on, like this.

As for all kinds of fried rice, it generally belongs to night snack stand and fast food restaurants. It is not allowed to appear in formal Chinese restaurants.

This is not Chinese food. It doesn't have any Chinese elements.
it's more "fancy" Pakistani food than the mainstream Pakistani food...but honestly, to tell if it's authentic, I'd have to taste it to tell, the looks of the dishes of definitely NOT authentic but maybe the taste is.

China consumes 40 million tons of pepper every year and 28 kg of pepper per capita every year.

This is a dinner for a Chinese family, 7 people, 5 adults and 2 children. Everyone eats chili, including children. Both children are less than 4 years old.

I'm sorry, there is wine in the picture. If I violate the regulations or make everyone unhappy, please tell me and I will delete the picture.
Looks good
I am hungry.
Korean are notorious for eating too much with red chili.
But Chinese still eat less spicy (with less red chilies+ masalah) than Indians Pakistanis,
Korean eat everything with kimchi hot chili pepper. India foods are spicy too with everything curry.
I did not eat india foods until recently however since a coworker introduced me to Indian foods I like it. I go to Indian restaurant regularly during lunch break.

That's dried beef chilli . That was available on menu but I opted for beef with oyster sauce.
Though I once tried beef chilli dry it was delicious. Looked exactly the same like in the pics you shared.

Well there was a big amount of Chinese students in my hostel. I've seen them eating rice with the main coarse. Or it's hard to believe how can someone eat tasteless plain white rice with nothing? 🤔🤔

Just like we eat daal chawal (lentils and rice). The rice are just plain boiled rice, all the taste comes from lentils.
