Is there any man on pdf who cooks ?

i learned cooking while i was living alone.

now lughayi does all the cooking but i do know italian, french and desi dishes.

can cook and present like a pro.

I can make Dosa.

i tried dosa with the regular batter thick one. couldnt spread it evenly so i diluted the batter and spread it like crepe :D

when am not working i cook very often ------ apart from making dishes i would play with Labneh, tahini, yogurt, cream cheese, hommus to with fresh salad at the dinner ----

some of the dishes i normally make for the family are:
* Breakfast - Pancakes, french toast, Foul medames (fava beans), Paratha (very rare, though i can make them round)
* Lunch - anything basically - Karahi, Pulao, Taka Tak, maghz masala,
* dinner - Lasange, pasta, chowmein, karahi, white chicken quorma, BBQ ( play with the flavors of orange & papaya for marination), Dal, Chapal Kebab, tried seekh kebab once but they were little dry

* Dessert - Kheer, Custard, trifle, brownies, Tahini Halwa, Gelatin based pudding with condensed milk, thick cream ----

I can make sandwiches/burgers,fries,french toast and eggs lol.

Shakes and coffee (coffee maker .. Univ ka sathi)...

I do cook once a week. People say that I am a very good cook. But I only prepare what I like mostly:

1 - Chicken/ Mutton Karhai
2 - Green Masala Chaanp Karhai
3 - BBQ Chops/ Bihari Kabas/Chicken Tikka
4 - Chicken Pasta in White Sauce (I prepare the sauce by myself with thick cooking cream)
5 - Pizza (but due to the low temp oven that I have, the dough becomes a little bit hard, but still it is delicious)
6 - Nihari
7 - Biryani
8 - Chargha (both in oven and pateeli)
9 - Crispy Fried Chicken
10 - Beef Burger

Woww.. This seems like a long list.. U seem to be an expert cook..

Oh .. Do u remember ..you were supposed to share nihari recipe, after panama verdict? :angry: U still havent.. Ab tu panama review petition ka bhi verdict aagaya... Now u must.. :( waiting for nihari recipe

Soup??I presume and come to think about it, your recipe for kheer would be appreciated, i do love trying different versions.Kudos

Okkk .. Kheer ..

Ingredients ;
Milk , rice , sugar , condensed milk , green cardamom , dry fruits your choice ..

I'm going to go urdu too : ..

Boil rice in water till it becomes very soft .
Then Boil milk in another pot till it comes up .
Beat good amount of sugar and sbz cardamom together and add that into that boiling milk .
Add the boiled rice too into it and keep beating the rice with your cooking tools .
After some minutes , add condensed milk and mix it all together .

Add dry fruits of your choice on it


Kheer pak gaiiii !!!


Actually I would recommend to add more milk in it when it's about to ready , adding more milk in last few minutes makes it a little liquid and more soft .

Now I really have something to aspire to. You can do 30% or more than I can - for now.
