What's new

Is there any clear video of 1998 Indian nuclear test?

.
Porkhan-2 was a failure thats why they dnt have any video of it.
If a country who cannot build a scooter engine can claim to posses nuclear weapons, why can't India, which has built its own nuclear submarine, builts its own 750 MW PHWR, is a world leader in research regarding Thorium based nuclear reactor, is currently building its own 500 MW Fast breeder reactor, posses nuclear weapons??

Go to YouTube and you will find the video of pokran test, Hope you have access to YouTube now.

Have a video of 1974 thest but not of 1998 . lolx why?
Its own nuclear submarine . since when you start calling Russian stuff indian?

Mr. Santhanam had spoken about the differences in the yield estimates of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and the Bhabha AtomicResearch Centre (BARC).

He had contended, “The fission bomb yield from DRDO’s seismic instrumentation was 25 kiloton (kt).”

In his response, Mr. Chidambaram clarified, “The BARC estimate of the yield for the fission device is 15 kiloton [not 25 kiloton] and for the thermonuclear device 45 kiloton. One of the methods used for the estimation of the device yield was close-in acceleration measurement, for which both DRDO and BARC had set up instrumentation. It soon became apparent that after discussion among the two groups of specialists that the DRDO data had anomal ies and had to be rejected and that the BARC data, which had the expected waveforms, would be accepted.”

Atomic Energy Commission Chairman Anil Kakodkar and Principal Scientific Advisor to Government R Chidambaram
India's top scientists on Thursday said all objectives had been achieved and the country now has the deterrence capability of upto 200 kilotons.

Yeah right, India had a nuclear weapon in 1974, but didn't have it in 1998. Whatever makes you happy.

Btw please go through the thread once again, Video of Pokhran 2 has already been posted.

Oh no..the "One liners" begin.
You are nothing but a purely delusional fool. The fact remains that India conducted it's first nuclear test at a time when Pakistan was still finding it difficult to manufacture a simple safety pin on it's own.We have got the fissure technology for at least 40+ years now.Otoh,1998 was a fission induced fusion test or in short a thermonuclear test and our scientists carried it successfully at around 500 feet below the ground inside an abandoned mining shaft.
You and your countrymen are not even qualified enough to question our Nuclear capacity let alone criticize it.First try to make a moped engine on your own and then perhaps we'll have something to discuss about:coffee:!!

@nForce @NKVD why are you people even trying to argue with dumb trolls... you will give reference and reserch papers still those dumb fools will ask you pics and videos!!! Shows the level of their IQs... only pics and videos are proofs!!!
well because of people like them Ikea provide s pictorial assembly guides!!

I have better than a video. This is from your own geological survey dept. at Nilore Islamabad which recorded the seismic activity on May 11th 1998. Of course they did not have any clue but for the announcement made by India after the tests. You guys recorded 5.1 on richter scale which is equivalent to nuclear implosion magnitude of 30-60 kilotons yield.

This is a fake nuclear test. India don't have nuclear weapons. Why there is no radiation if the test were conducted outside ? Why the Houses are standing and not completely destroyed ? WHERE IS THE NUCLEAR BOMB CLOUD PICTURES ?

This hole can be dug up (Look at the trees they are still standing).

A real nuclear test done by Pakistan on 28 May 1998.

Please tell me what these warheads are going to be armed with? Or the MIRV Agni 6 warheads? All the upcoming SSBNs India is producing are armed with ballistic missiles with regular warheads?

Nice find

.
This thread is just one big hillarious troll fest.

I guess some Pakistani's feel their own geological dept. were part of the big conspiracy!

And we have some clown earlier asking why there was no mushroom cloud.

Such facepalm.
