The West especially the US has never faced a threat that is the size and magnitude of China.. The USSR was a military threat to the US but it had no economy, China is both, a military and an economy that is poised to be the biggest, Its the economy that drives the MIC like they say its the economy stupid. .
India is a counterbalance to China and the West/US will do everything in its power to pump up its proxy both economy and military to threaten China.

You need to take a history lesson, China defeated US in NoKo and Nam and that is when China was a 3rd world country like India. There is no way the US will ever go to war with China that's why it relies on proxies and India has its work cut out for it.

Modi came to power with western help. Facebook and whattsapp was cruicial and continues to be cruicial in BJP spreading hate and violence against muslims.

West dont care if Hindus butcher all muslims in India. Just as it dosent care that Israel genocided Palestinian villages and continues to support apartheid there.

In the Cold War the West had to show a concilitory tone towards Muslims and colored people, because there was Soviet Union which had a magnetic attraction because of its strong anti-colonial policies.

With Soviet gone there is no one to balance this anymore. China is de-facto neutral. What more there is no single powerful muslim nation who can act as deterrence against anti-muslim pogroms.
