Same story all over Pakistan for every institution and at a national level.

Yet no one does anything about it. They just repeat the same thing and complain.

No reforms done

Problem is stability I guess, unless there is a system than transitions smoothly between different stake holders.. priorities can't be set.

That's exactly the issue.

There is no actual proper organised ecosystem set-up that is sustainable, it literally hinges on one guy coming in and making good decisions during his tenure.

The moment he leaves it's all luck, the entire thing could go to shit again.

Pakistan has two evils combined; Pakistani Punjabi pagal kutta mentality and Khatm e Nabuwat pagal kutta religion. Since both Pakistani Punjabis and Khatm e Nabuwat followers are dominant, not much good can be done and Pakistan can go only downhill.

Even Punjabis and Khatm e Nabuwat followers are running away from Pakistan after making Pakistan a living hell.

It will be a very long time before Pakistanis will start thinking and acting like humans and start to grow like other nations.

Pakistani problems are largely internal not external. Pakistan is not a war-torn country neither is it famine effected. Its the dominant Pakistani Punjabi destructive and corrupt mindset that is the main problem.

Even previously war-torn countries like South Korea, Vietnam and Bangladesh are now either ahead of Pakistan or would be soon.

When South Korea and Japan with little or no resources to start with are doing so well, Pakistan with immense resources (even a gold mine, literally, that would last 40 years) could easily have been 9th/10th economy and, with some effort, even better.

Pakistan on one hand is one of the most fortunate countries due to its resources, location etc but on the other hand became one of the most unfortunate countries due to the mindset of dominant Pakistani Punjabis.

All launches in this millenium are of SPD/KRL/NESCOM/PMO.

it is a disappointment, but no, not all launches are SPD. suparco was involved with shaheed, and abdali, i think. the entire missile program was shifted to NDC a few years ago (was a collab before).

You need character in yourself before blaming others. That you don’t do so no solution. There is widespread corruption of all sorts among Pakistanis but no, the first thing you think is someone else's fault. US just gave you $100 million in flood relief, China only gave $10 million. If you can do better go ahead but until then start from yourself; as Pakistan's problem is Pakistanis before anyone else. Pakistanis just don't do anything right and then blame it on anyone but themselves.

salim mehmud is responsible for most of the malaise and incompetence, which continued into the 90s thanks to ppp and pmln. bringing in the faujis was just an attempt by musharraf to set things right. it backfired, and now the faujis have grabbed another seat.

changing the head doesnt change anything until and unless the entire system is revamped. 2 decades of incompetence, promoting the khushamadis etc. putting BS rules into force were the reasons for its downfall. the problem was structural.

musharraf, and all govts for that matter, have failed to realize this. govt orgs need to be gutted and begin anew to set things right.

Lahoris think that every part of suparco, every project of suparco belongs to them. If some project somehow lands in Karachi, managers in lahore try to fail it. They achieve this through SPD and their links in Islamabad. Ultimately projects get, either cancelled and get transferred to lahore. In Karachi, majority of seats are anyway occupied by punjabis, who also support lahore center.

This shit is going on for ages now.

they have shifted the HQ to lahore or ISB as well. they couldnt bear to have it in karachi. much like the psx, caa, pia and other orgs. but one cannot point out this glaring biasness as one will be called a racist.

This is only a surface reading of the issue. The underlying problem is character. Pakistani Punjabis just don't have character. It’s just not in them. Pakistani Punjabi culture is of loot, murder and rape, basically Muhammad Bin Qasim mentality. That is why every terrorist, and extremist Khatm e Nabuwat mullah automatically becomes a hero for Punjabis, and Pakistani Punjabis always have the most vile people as their heroes and role models for this reason.

The concept of progress for Pakistani Punjabis is not to build, like the rest of the world, but for a Muhammad Bin Qasim figure to come and start conquering for Pakistani Punjabis including India. Since Pakistani Punjabis see Muhammad Bin Qasim in every Jihadi and every Army Chief (a potential saviour for Pakistani Punjabis), Jihadis and Army Chiefs (and military) have traditionally been highly revered by Pakistani Punjabis and blindly followed.

With this mentality there is no need to construct as everything would be acquired through conquering others who have built (like India), Inshallah (!). Gazwa e Hind and all that. In the meanwhile Punjabis are conquering, looting, killing other Pakistani nations; Bengalis in the past, Baluchis, Sindhis, Muhajirs, Pakhtuns, even Kashmiris, Ahmadis, Hindus, Christians. In short Pakistani Punjabis can not accept any racial or faith group and must conquer them.

Pakistan Punjabi culture of looting encourages short cuts and unfair means to acquire wealth over serious honest effort to construct and build. Sincere people are shunned and considered stupid, and corrupt are celebrated.

Since Pakistani Punjabis are dominant, Pakistan in its present demographic is a lost cause, to the benefit of India.
