Lets consider RAW is the "Terrorist" as claimed, now think!

1) Why would a sovereign nation be quiet when thousands of its innocent citizens are being killed?

2) A sovereign nation that doesn't take a minute to remind India that it would be sorry for any misadventures cannot even produce a whimper when thousands of its fellow citizens get killed!

3) Ok fine, you guys are not as strong militarily, why then not use the "nuke" angle to keep "Raw" away, after all India will not use it first? Oh you do have better missiles systems right? or no?

4) ok fine!!!! you are a responsible nation and never bring in the "Nuke" parameter so then, are you so irresponsible that thousands deaths do not matter ? There are other nations that can be "enlightened" with your truck loads of proof..cant they?

Sorry, but these are the views of Pakistan within the state of pakistn alone. Please don't try to mislead the rest of the world (especially musilms) with your views. These kinds of vew should remain on the other side of the Wagah border not this side.
By 'Secular' what we mean is that the state will never be involved in the relegious affairs of the people (So India's atomic test was an 'Indian' test and not a 'Hindu' test while Pak's test, on the other hand was widely referred to as an 'islamic bomb').
It follows the simple & TURE touchstone of putting relegion in it's rightful place- that of providing spiritual guidance to man. The processes by which justice or any of the other affairs are carried out is on other humane basis that:
a. Justice should befit the crime (so we don't stone people)
b. Certain rIghts of people remain the same all throughout and that they are never taken away (no infidels , no caste discrimination)
c. That these rights are inalienable and community should work towards them irrespective of relegion

etc. etc. ...

The fact is that by remaining 'secular', the state can remain focussed upon being humane and without hindrance. By giving people the right to 'propogate' their relegions, they have the right to choose a path that is best for their spiritual growth.

But it seems to me that any word uttered by GOI is accepted as facts by the Indian public. Indian footprints are quite evident in Balochistan, this is something that has been raised with the Americans. From what i know a picture was showed to the Americans of Baloch Separatist Leaders meeting Indian Diplomats in Afghanistan.
