When India conducted it's first nuclear test in the early 1970s (threatening Pakistan's existence), PM Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto declared, "We will eat grass if we have to but we will build the Islamic bomb." and he did. Although it cost him his life at the hands of a treacherous military tyrant who lost Siachin Glacier but it secured Pakistan's future.
A quarter of century later when Hindu extremists took over India conducted further nuclear tests (threatening Pakistan's existence once again). The then Pakistani PM Nawaz Sharif under a heavily sanctioned and almost bankrupt nation went ahead and responded to India in kind. Even though it cost him his job at the hands of yet another treacherous military tyrant who lost Kargil but it defined Pakistan's future as the only Islamic Nuclear Power.
Nearly another quarter of century later, India has annexed Kashmir in broad daylight and is threatening to invade Azad Kashmir. In such an hostile environment the military backed inexperienced mumbo jumbo Government has so far managed to only scream and cry in every corner of the world in the hope someone will give a statement in Pakistan's favour.
But what's needed during this critical hour is a true show of force, the ultimate deterrence by weapons of mass destruction for threatening the very existence of Pakistan yet again.
So the question is, is the humiliated PM Khan ready, capable and brave enough (like his predecessors) to demonstrate Pakistan's true power as the only Islamic nuclear state by conducting further nuclear tests and putting an end to Indian belligerence or is he going to continue to shift the battlefield from Indian Occupied Kashmir to Azad Kashmir and hope eventually Pakistanis will accept this as a new reality?
Pakistan Zindabad - Kashmir Zindabad
Testing the bomb will not do anything. We have them and know how to use/deliver them. The enemy know it and the whole world knows it.
You need to come out of IK hating bandwagon.
