Sir, for Arab and Africa, Gawadar is yes, a gateway for China, but not for Europe. Yo need to check, the cost of Loading, unloading and the coz of Suez canal toll which is far more than going by rail to europe, in-comparison with time and cost. This is the only reason India also wanted an overland route via paksitan to reach Europe. Now NSTC from Chabahar also solve the same purpose to reach Europe via land route rather than sea( Suez canal).
You cannot take economic planners in China/India for granted for sure.
