No Cow meat is not banned in Kerala & NE............also in many indian states like WB, Goa, Karnataka etc you can slaughter a cow above the age of 10 years or the cow is not fit to breedWhen we talk about beef export from India, we are talking about bufallow meat only.
Cows meat s conpletely banned in India.
Now, both cows and buffalows fall under beef catogery, but only Cow meat is banned.
