SM6 is for defence of ship whereas SM3 is part of AEGIS BMD. SM3 is meant to defend strategic sites of navy, not the ships themselves. So, they serve different purpose.

I can't say exactly what is the accuracy as it is never released. But the various sources have praised SM6 for its accuracy and hence I assumed that it has high accuracy

AEGIS is for exo atmospheric intercept which is what AEGIS is for. SM6 is for endo atmospheric intercept and also against various other targets like aircrafts. SM6 can also be used as anti ship missile while SM3 can't be used.

The key is to understand the importance of exo-atmospheric interception. Endo atmospheric interception is point interception whereas exo atmospheric intercept is for larger area. Also, it gives added security of having 2 layers.

SM6 is specific to the ship whereas SM3 is part of a broader system. SM6 can serve as 2nd layer for SM3 but SM6 is much more than just 2nd layer. SM6 can act as SAM and anti-ship missile comparable to Brahmos. SM3 is purely ABM which has no secondary role.

Second, SM3 van shoot down IRBM range missile (2500-5500km) whereas SM6 is for lower range ones (MRBM upto 2500km) in addition to the role of SAM & Anti-ship.

So, there is a big difference between the two BMD system. The exo-atmospheric BMD is always less accurate. But exo-atmospheric ABM can protect much larger areas compared to endi-atmospheric ABM.

How exactly will you make India implode? Muslims in India are considered as foreign agents. So, even if Muslims try to cause trouble within India, it will be considered as external threat. The unit of grouping is civilisation, not region. So, unless you can turn hindus against Hindus, it won't work as you want.
