Guys. Has anyone noticed. We Subcontinent guyz have the largest population of Muslims in the world. 30% of World muslims are Indian Muslims. Still these Arabs treat our Muslims as scum. My muslims school friends who are in Gulf tell me about incidents with Indian Muslims, especially with Bangladeshis, in Gulf. Its shocking that Hindu Indians from Bangladesh, India, etc face less problem then our muslims there. Most of them are racially motivated.

Bottomline is, Our muslims shd be ruling the Islamic World order rather than these High Caste attitude having Arabs who are in single digit percentage. Its high time we focus on actuall issues rather than fighting on pity issues like Is Punjabi better than a Mohajir, Is Muslim better than a Hindu, Is Muslim population growth a threat for India, Shud Muslims be staying in India, etc etc. I mean Muslims in Sub continent has been its own enemy, whether in India or outside it, ie. Pakistan n Bangladesh.

Exactly. Coz India no more thinks on terms of Religion. Only country in this world who's base of thinking is Religion, is Pakistan. For us, its India 1st and then Religion. Not necessarily. It varies from place to place. But most Sunnis I have met from the North are anti India but not necessarily pro Pakistan.

Your perception of history is wrong. What have you been reading? The Bengali Muslims wanted separation, this is a well known fact and documented. It was Bengali Muslims who vouched and ached for a separate Muslim land. The riots in Bengal and Punjab didn't happen for no reason.

The seeds of separatism were sowed by the action of Curzon,by his first partition of bengal he gave the Muslims the idea of partition.

Vedic civilization came with aryans from central Asia and Iran not Pakistan it was part of Indus valley.The Indus valley whose descendants now reside in the southern part of mordern India i.e. the dravidians.
The term India as a nation existed since alexanders's time...and people of those times although not politically united did look upon themselves as part of one cultural nation and the same was considered by the outside world...the British did not coin the term India as a nation from thin air...hence the term India was referred to as the national and cultural identity of the subcontinent...Columbus went searching for India after all.while the term Pakistan did not exist prior to 1930's.

I always thought after Indonesia Pakistan is the home of world's largest Muslim population followed by Bangladesh but I was thinking Pakistan has 18 crore population among which 17 crore is Muslim population whereas India has 20 crore Muslims at least.
