Let's go by what @SOUTHie has written... the way THE MINOR RAPE is selectively picked up... it is not unusual on this forum... some people over here gives stiff competition to Indian media...

You would be correct if this guy is not an Indian. But Indians have major and minor rapes. Major would include bodily harm, minor rape is your garden variety rape. Sick animals.
