Brother, India has already got the full TOT on Su 30 MKI, which was a JV.... What makes you think that FGFA would not help us learn technology?

TOT is when you buy, but when on a JV, you learn technology... Which means 100% for obvious, in a JV I dont think there is any confidentiality maintained with the partner.. India has many things to contribute from its side to the FGFA than being a Sleeping partner...
