Democratic leadership of a state or a nation represents the citizens living in there .
Cow belt/Hindi belt are very infamous for the backwardness and known as BIMARU and usual gimmicks like religion,jingoism would work in there .
But rest of India wont work like that .
And AFAIK noone mentioned your nations name in rest of Indian states .

And generally noone mentioned your nations name for pan Indian electoral purpose .

I swear I've never met so many South Indian supremacists before. There was a thread on Reddit where South Indians were claiming that they are the original Indians and Punjabis and Rajasthanis are outsiders to the subcontinent. If you read the news online about Indian casualties in Kashmir, they are skewed towards North Indian (Punjabi/Rajasthani/Bihari). If you advocate for Akhand Bharat, at least show some respect for your fellow Indians.

Substantial portion of it is. it is highly populated,high birth rate, poor in education indices and this trend holds for all across the religious lines.
There is no doubt about it. But it also does not mean that all are illiterate. Just the fact that the number of people who are, are significant enough to matter substantially.

I'm not the one putting them anywhere; the people who coined the term BIMARU did that. Two questions:

1. What term would you use instead? UP is already there; do you want to replace MA and R with BI and B? So what are you looking for, BIBIBU?
2. Considering what sick people they are in Rajasthan, where most of the foul behaviour towards Kashmiri students takes place, or how Madhya Pradesh actively suppresses whistle-blowers and is responsible for many deaths, quite apart from imposing the CM's prejudices on school-children, I don't see what evolution and development you are talking about. Both those states are led by bigots; I presume you are trying to tell me that once a bona-fide certified bigot is in charge of a state, its evolution and development is assured? Noted, but if you don't mind, it has nothing to do with the argument above.

Interesting, isn't it, that your list of failures includes three states that don't have certified bigots in charge? And you probably don't want to enter into citing statistics of growth and development either? It's OK, you are allowed a few lapses, as a bona-fide certified troll without a cause.
