Yep, flaring Kashmir issue internationally is one big objective of India.

However it doesn't make any sense at all that -
1- By ceasefire violations Pakistan seek international attention to Kashmir and possibility of asking for UNMOGIP and thus UN intervention.
2- Helping jihadis to rope in. Also its a unproven fact that Pakistan support the kashmir insurgency.

It's not army..its the establishment...so what is an establishment..its something there to check the democrasy for core interests...
E.g Nawaz wants to run down the economy to the ground and go and live in London with his sons but judiciary acting on behalf of establishment (with nudge from army) is trying to stop this while educated Punjab is still supporting him
