Is American/Isreali Fighters are preparing to Attack on Iran from Kuwait ??

One of my friend who is also in Kuwait told me that from last few days (In Salmiya Area) he is watching fighter planes continueously thundreing in air specially in morning time around 10 or 11. Even he seen 5 Fighters together....Are those American Fighters ? (Coz Americans has bases in Kuwait) where they deployed the Fighters......even i myself many time went to those bases and seen those fighters along with C130 and C17's...........Is that sign of they are preparing and doing exercises to attack on Iran....Coz Iran's border from Kuwait through Sea is very near...

Any comments or anybody has any idea.???
