To be very honest, we should avoid posting such articles here. I don't know why should we even think about war.

And to put it explicitly, it is more than impossible to go for two front war even if our economy grows by double figure percent.
China is way to ahead and still developing. India is developing at a decent rate but still we wouldn't be able to catch up with them, unless some miracle happens.

Since India is looking beyond its borders , the GOI should increase the defense budget and add at least $15-20 Billion.

You are right buddy India needs to increase the defence budget to defend from china

truly and frankly IAF is not ready for 2 front war policy

all the projects are too late and wasting lots of important time

We dont need a war..that too at this time wen our economy is clocking 8-10% consistently and we r growing.

But if push comes to shove we should have the capability to be on the offensive in the west and putting up a stiff resistance in the east.

That is 100% true that if you want to live peacefully then you need to be strong enough so that no one dare to see towards your country. For being strong on all the fronts, you need to invest a lot for war machines and keep updating them with state of the art technology and these things comes at a big price and good leadership.
