also as Hamas official already said Iron dome's overall success rate was 36% but in the last 4 days of war it was absolutely 0%.

Hamas officials also said that the Iron Dome doesn't work as well, and that the Israelis don't have a clear target "bank" and such, they also said that they had captured a Merkava 4 with wheels apparently and such.

The New York Times reported that weapons experts who analyzed online videos of Iron Dome’s hits and misses from November suggested that its interception rate was actually no higher than 30 to 40 percent.

30 to 40 percent is still a whole lot better than 0%

Is nobody going to point out that Iron Dome was only in use when the rocket was on a direct path towards a populated area?
The rockets heading towards desert werent intercepted because of cost resons as far as i know.

Its 30 percent because it only intercepts rockets that will go to populated areas. it doesn't shoot down a rocket that would go for a field for example.
But now we have deployed a new laser defense system called Iron Beam.

Against what? rockets used by Hamas? if its overall success rate was 36% against Hamas old rockets undoubtedly it would fail against newer rockets and missiles ...

Its PARTLY funded, and Israel developed it 100%, not the Americans, the Americans only wanted to help upgrading the technology by funding it.

Against what? rockets used by Hamas? if its overall success rate was 36% against Hamas old rockets undoubtedly it would fail against newer rockets and missiles ...

Its said by the Hamas, and its not confirmed, as they have no idea where the rockets will actually fall.
And, it might be because the Israelis only intercept rockets that lead to populated areas.
Against rockets that go to populated areas, it intercepts 90%-95% of the rockets.
