Everybody knows turkey is a state sponsor of terrorism, the funny thing is Turkish members here turn a blind eye and play innocent. this evil country is so degraded that it even makes meager money of 2000USD per head by trafficing uyghur and other radical muslims to ISIS. turkey must be punished by international community for its evil deeds.
It appear that this captured Chinese guy is not a terrorist, but an archaeology student from Peking University who went to Iraq for an archaeological tour.

A Chinese man captured by the Iraqi volunteer forces, Hashad al-Shabi, has no links to the Islamic State and will be sent back home after the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, said an official from the Chinese Embassy in Iraq.
"We have verified with local police that they do not think that the Chinese man is a terrorist and will ensure his safety," the embassy official told the Global Times over the weekend.
The response came after the Fars News Agency reported on July 15 that Hashad al-Shabi seized the Chinese man while fighting among the IS ranks in Al-Anbar province in Iraq. It also posted a picture of an Asian-looking man who was sitting in a chair and guarded by armed men.
The Chinese embassy official said that the man was being held in a police station in Samarra, a city in Salahuddin province in Iraq.
"He may be released after Ramadan since all government departments were on holiday," the official added.
The man was later identified as Liu Wei (pseudonym), an archaeology student from Peking University who went to Iraq for an archaeological tour, according to news site thepaper.cn.
Liu went to visit the historical sites in Iraq as some of them are disappearing and he learned some simple Arabic and customs related to Ramadan before entering Iraq, a friend of Liu was quoted by thepaper.cn as saying on Saturday.
Liu wrote in a travel plan in May on social network renren.com that he wanted to go to regions south of Baghdad and the Kurdish region which might be safer, and he was worried about missing this opportunity to go to Iraq considering the fierce attacks of the IS and his time schedule, thepaper.cn reported.
A source who has worked in Iraq for a long time told the Global Times anonymously it might be true that the man was on an archaeological tour as some people at the archaeology department of Peking University had previously applied to Iraqi government agencies for official acknowledgement of archaeological tours.
All they had to do was watch him wolf down BBQ ribs to figure out he probably wasn't an ISIS memberIt appear that this captured Chinese guy is not a terrorist, but an archaeology student from Peking University who went to Iraq for an archaeological tour.

TEHRAN (FNA)- The Iraqi volunteer forces (Hashad al-Shabi) captured a Chinese national while he was fighting among the ISIL ranks in Al-Anbar province.

The Chinese national was seized in ISIL clashes with Hashad al-Shabi forces in Fallujah region on Wednesday.
On Monday, a high-ranking Chinese official disclosed that Turkey is luring the Uyghur residents of his country's Xinjiang province into war of insurgency in Syria.
"The Turkish diplomats in Southeast Asia have given Turkish ID cards to Uyghur citizens of Xinjiang province and then they have sent them to Turkey to prepare for war against the Syrian government alongside ISIL," the Arabic-language Iraq al-Qanoon news website quoted Tong Bichan, head of the Criminal Department of China's Public Security Ministry as telling reporters.
Uyghur Muslims are a Chinese minority group who speak Turkish language.
Earlier this month, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan admitted that Ankara has directly supported terrorists in Syria.
"If it were not due to the support of Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar for the militants in Syria, they could not have achieved anything," Erdogan said, Turkish-language daily Hurriyat reported.
He noted that Ankara, Riyadh and Doha have supplied military and logistical backup for the terrorists.
Erdogan's remarks came as his Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu denied any cooperation between Turkey and Saudi Arabia in supporting the foreign-backed terrorists.
In late June, the London-based al-Hayat newspaper reported that 12,000 Turkish forces are ready for military intervention in Syria under the pretext of creating a buffer zone to protect the Turkish borders against the threat of the terrorist groups.

Tong Bishan, division chief of the Ministry of Public Security’s Criminal Investigation Department, accused diplomats in the Turkish embassy in Kuala Lumpur of providing documentation to Uighurs. He made the statement at a weekend press conference to which only a few foreign media were invited.
Several months back Chinese authorities detained a number of people in Shanghai on charges they were providing Turkish documentation to Uighurs hoping to leave the country.
Mr Tong claimed that Uighurs have been sold to extremist groups in Syria after arriving in Turkey. “They are very easily controlled by certain local forces,” Mr Tong said. “They organise the youths, they brainwash them, and get them to the front line to fight. They are cannon fodder.”
"There is competition for them. Some are sent to Iraq, some to Syria. The terrorist groups there lack people. They will snatch people away. The terrorist groups will pay, at least $2,000 a person. It's their way of recruiting soldiers."

The guy indeed seem to like to live dangerously. But the fact is, he is not a militant. He is lucky that he was captured by the Iraqi Army. Even for academic purpose, the area is not safe.
This, by the way, does not change the fact that lots of jihadist, mostly Uighur, is fighting over there.
